Snowshoeing has become a popular winter sport in the past few years. One of the reasons is because it's so easy to get started - just strap on a pair of snowshoes and go. Head out into the backcountry or pick more moderate trails. Wells-Barkerville is a popular area in the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast region for locals and visitors to enjoy this growing sport.
