Situated against a spectacular mountain backdrop, Fernie Alpine Resort is an ideal destination for alpine activities four seasons of the year.

During the winter, Fernie is one of North America's top downhill skiing and snowboarding destinations. It is also a prime cross-country skiing and snowshoeing destination.

Après-ski activities abound at the resort and in the nearby city of Fernie (accessible by shuttle), known for its legendary hospitality, turn-of-the-century architecture and colourful mining history.

From late spring to early fall, explore mountain trails along scenic hiking routes that pass through flowering meadows and thick forest. The resort is also one of the world's premier mountain biking destinations and a great starting point for fly-fishing, horseback riding, kayaking and river-rafting expeditions.
