Red Mountain Resort's bike park is closed for the 2007 summer season while extensive renovations are completed.
Red Resort is in serious mountain-biking country: just a 5-minute drive away is the town of Rossland, often referred to as "Canada's Mountain Biking Capital." Red Resort does its hometown proud – mountain bikers have access to a remarkable bike park that in addition to six tremendous runs, features a skills practice area and Biker-X track. Instruction runs from private lessons to freeriding clinics that focus on skinnies, jumps and steeps – as well as riding for the sheer joy of it.

Mountain Biking Nearby
Rossland has plenty of trails thanks to the wagon roads, rail grades and pack trails left over from the town's mining heyday that make for fantastic, varied riding for mountain-bikers of all abilities. Local riders continue to re-open historic routes to create new trails that range from technically challenging single-tracks to gently sloping rails grades.
