The Kicking Horse bike park has 27 memorable mountain-biking trails, built for riders of all experience. The tracks range from manicured trails protected by fat berms, to freewheeling, steep routes replete with drops, log rides and sharp turns. Its longest claim to fame is a 1,128-m (3,700-ft), stomach-defying, unforgettable descent, one of the lengthiest lift-accessed descents in North America. The new dirt jump park has large berms, tabletops and gap jumps. Cross-country riding enthusiasts can find the Dawn Mountain and Moonraker trail systems within a short bike ride from the base of the mountain. All trails are packed dirt and gravel.
