Many of these courses are concentrated along a 250km/155mi stretch of highway between Victoria and Campbell River .

Westin Bear Mountain Vicitoria Golf Resort Victoria , its spectacular 19th hole offers 360-degree views of the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, and Juan de Fuca Strait. The course was voted #63 in Condé Nast Traveler Courtenay resides at the foot of Vancouver Island’s Beaufort Mountains, home to the Comox Glacier. With massive bunkers and challenging water hazards along with an award-winning clubhouse, visiting golfers are in for an unforgettable day on this central island course. Booking a Golfing Trip in the Vancouver Island Region Tee times should be booked in advance of arrival, especially during July and August. Also, many courses have a dress code in effect.
