We do not dogmatically follow either the modern school or the traditional school of winemaking. We stop & think carefully about every single step in our winemaking process. Utilizing techniques from both schools is our approach at LaStella. The wine shop & tasting room features Venetian hand-blown light fixtures, Italian herringbone tile & antique furniture, with a breath taking view of Osoyoos lake that can be viewed from the patio or the viewing tower.
