Minimum age is 15 yrs.
Clothing/Gear Restrictions
We provide kayaks & equipment. If bringing own gear, it must include: Kayak with proper flotation bags, Paddle, Sprayskirt, PFD (lifejacket), Wetsuit (farmer john is best at least 3 mm thick), Paddling jacket, Helmet, Booties, Pogies or neoprene gloves (optional but recommended).
Cotton clothing is not appropriate.
Mobility Restrictions
Reasonable level of physical fitness required.
