Reservations Policy
Pre-booking required

Cancellation Policy
$50 no-show fee charged if within 24 hrs; flights are weather dependent; call office 3 hrs prior to tour.

Group Policy
50% deposit required prior to arrival for groups of 10 or more; non-refundable with less than 48 hrs notice.

Clothing/Gear Restrictions
Closed toed shoes and light jackets for helicopter glacier landing tours.

Mobility Restrictions
Access in & out of small aircrafts may be difficult for people with limited mobility.

Weight Restrictions
Due to aircraft weight limits, guests in excess of 260 lbs may be charged extra.
