In 1988, Chris Czajkowski, well-known wilderness author, walked through untracked bush for 2 days & created a home, a business & a life. The 2 cabins she built alone are beside a high-altitude lake just east of the southern tip of the Tweedsmuir Provincial Park (500 km north of Vancouver). Access is by a 20 min float plane ride. Emphasis is on nature enjoyment, particularly birds & alpine wildflowers, which are Chris's speciality. Participation is by foot & canoe.
