Enjoy cat skiing, boarding & fantastic backcountry skiing. The terrain is predominately gladded tree skiing, with occasional tree bands leading into open chutes, suitable for advanced intermediate to advanced type skiers. Trips consist of a full day of cat skiing, lunch & the use of avalanche transceivers. Single & multi-day options are available. The backcountry lodge features a large living area, dining room & eight bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms). Transfers to/from the lodge & cat ski rentals are extra. Fernie Wilderness Adventures also offers ice fishing & wildlife viewing packages & fly-fishing float trips in the summer.
