BlackSpruce Farms is a second generation owned & operated working farm only 15 min from the Mr PG (Hwy 16 & 97 intersection). We offer unique educational hands-on experience. Our educational farm tours include; egg collecting, honey extracting, goat milking, butter making & seed planting (some activities are seasonal). We also offer a variety of other activities from snow shoeing to birthdays packages, donkey rides to pictures with the animals. There are also areas where you can go & visit with the critters. We have the ability to bring the farm experience to you with the mobile petting farm.

Visit historic Macalister Ranch, the location for Bistro speciality in the original train station located at Macalister; horseback riding on trails giving spectacular views of the Fraser River or hiking & mountain biking above the ranch. The ranch is situated on the Fraser River bench, rising from the river to the rim rock above, part of the Fraser River plateau. Visit the river for gold panning & rustic camping, or the park grounds with the Bistro & Market Garden providing you with farm fresh produce, speciality coffees & drinks, showers & washrooms.
