We offer a selection of leaf & herbal teas that will soothe your soul & strengthen your body. Our kitchen also offers wonderful home-cooked Canadian, Southwest & Greek cuisine, fresh & hearty soups & country style breakfasts, all in ample portions & reasonably priced.
The Central has a colourful history, dating back to 1895 when the original building was erected. Join us for a great dining experience in Ashcroft's last Gold Rush era hotel.

More than a million people visit this 22-ha (55-ac) floral display garden each year. Begun in 1904, the gardens have grown to a world class scale and have been designated a National Historic Site.
