The first stop on the Junior Freeski Series will take place at Kimberley Alpine Resort. Watch as the 18 and unders Shred. Age categories include 7-11 years, 12-15 years, and 16-18 years of age for both guys and gals. Competitors will warm up Saturday in the qualifying runs so that they can move onto Sunday's finals and award ceremony. Helmets mandatory.

This inaugural event will include sled races with open & purebred classes, interactive demonstrations with mushers & their dogs & junior races that are sure to bring a smile to your face. There will be a dinner & silent auction with incredible prizes to be held Sat, Feb 20 at the Bootleg Gap Golf Course; doors open at 5:30 pm; no admission fee for spectators of the races.
