Pemberton (population: 2,192) is located in the fertile Pemberton Valley, just a 30-minute drive north of legendary Whistler/Blackcomb. While farming is a mainstay of this community, the area is fast becoming an outdoor recreation haven, thanks to its close proximity to Whistler/Blackcomb and its own spectacular natural backdrop of soaring mountains, rushing rivers and fresh, sparkling lakes. Pemberton offers easy access to hiking, mountain biking and horseback-riding trails as well as to wonderful camping opportunities.
