This former Provincial Park/Campground is located 18km north of Hope on Hwy 1. In 1808, Simon Fraser became the first white explorer to visit this site in his search for a route to the Pacific Ocean. Historic Emory Creek has 35 vehicle/tent campsites. The park is open from mid-May to mid-October, & fees are collected during this time. Conveniently located between Hwy 1 & the Fraser River, this park fills up quickly in summer. Adjacent to Emory Creek beach. Included services are - paved roads, picnic tables, flush toilets, fire pits, firewood & water.
