Glenoka Farmhouse was built in 1906, in the glen, below what was the main road from Summerland's lakefront hub to fruit growing communities up & down Okanagan Lake. The new highway is out of sight: the lake remains a close walk away. Guestrooms (built 2008) make the old house, surrounded by idyllic pasture & orchard, a modern yet old fashioned B&B. The ground floor Pear room is wheelchair accessible, with private porch under our huge chestnut tree. Upstairs the Plum room has a casement window-seat opening to the upper branches of the old tree. Our grandparents were Okanagan pioneers. Brian grew up here so Elsa & Brian take pride in welcoming you to Glenoka.
