British Columbia's Visitor Centres are members of the Visitor Centres Network and are available to provide you with tourist information, assistance and advice.
Identified by their distinctive, blue-and-yellow logo, these Visitor Centres provide a wide range of visitor services, including professional visitor counselling, helpful travel information and literature, and accommodation reservations. Visitor Centres specialize in community information and provincial itinerary planning and their service is friendly and personalized.
To complement the Visitor Centre Network, many small communities operate seasonal tourist information booths. These operations do not sport the Visitor Centre logo. Local community information can be obtained during regular business hours throughout the summer.

The Chetwynd Visitor Centre is a small white cabin with a four seasons mural on the front and side of the building. It is located directly on Hwy 97 heading through town next to the Chainsaw Carving Boardwalk. Easy access for RV's with parking at either the Visitor Centre or spacious parking lot across the road. Our Tourist/Visitor Info Booth is located in Coquitlam in the same building as the Evergreen Cultural Centre at the corner of Pinetree Way and Guildford. We are located at a LaFarge Lake with easy access to a water park, indoor pool with slide, athletic fields, a skate board park and close to parks and walking trails. We are also in close proximity to Rocky Point Park and Burrard Inlet which has lots of local wildlife.

The Cortes Island Tourist/Visitor Information Booth is located in the Cortes Island Museum centrally located in the Manson's Landing community. Information provided at the Booth inlcudes: accommodations, parks, camping, stores, adventure tours, art and craft studios, restaurants, hiking trails and festivals and events.
The Booth is walking distance to a general store, natural food co-op, restaurant, book and wool store, medical clinic, skateboard park and the Friday Market at Manson's Hall.
The Museum offers a permanent collection, changing exhibits, gift shop and Heritage Garden. Events, tours and cruises sponsored by the Museum can be booked and purchased.
