The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts presents multi-award winning novelist Steven Galloway (The Cellist of Sarajevo) with magician David Gifford as part of the Beyond Words series at 7:30 pm in the intimate Telus Studio Theatre at the Chan Centre. Steven Galloway's newest literary work, The Confabulist, beautifully tells the tale of the life and sudden death of Harry Houdini using themes of intrigue, love and, illusion. Magician David Gifford joins Galloway on stage as they collaboratively explore this motif of magical misconception.
