Clearwater has a fairly good selection of dining options.

In addition to uniquely housed restaurants, most accommodations facilities feature on-site dining establishments. Find quick bites at the Flower Meadow Bakery & Café (444 Clearwater Valley Rd.), or settle in for some rustic grub at one of the area's guest ranches.

Old Caboose Restaurant

For an unusual setting, the Old Caboose Restaurant, (260 Park Dr.) across from the Visitor Centre, is built from an old railway caboose. With modern upgrades, the restaurant is bright, with a varied menu.

Local Haunts

In Clearwater, the Painted Turtle Restaurant at the Dutch Lake Resort (361 Ridge Dr.) sits on the edge of Dutch Lake, where in the evening loons can be heard. Other local spots include the Wells Gray Bar & Grill (228 E Yellowhead Hwy) and the 52 Ridge Restaurant at the Clearwater Valley Resort & KOA Campground (373 Clearwater Valley Rd.).
