Bus / Coach / Shuttle
Bus lines service most communities in BC including many in the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast region along Highway 97. Buses are reliable and maintain high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
Buses used for regularly scheduled passenger service are almost always equipped with toilets, footrests, adjustable seats and overhead luggage compartments. Short or long haul, bus travel is an excellent way to cover plenty of ground affordably.
Greyhound Canada is the largest provider of intercity bus transportation in Canada. It provides scheduled services to more than 200 locations in BC, as well as connections throughout Canada and the US Greyhound provides direct service from Vancouver or Prince George to communities along Highway 97, including Clinton, 70 Mile House, 100 Mile House, Lac la Hache, Williams Lake and Quesnel.
In communities where Greyhound doesn't provide service, there is often a shuttle/connector service transporting passengers to the nearest Greyhound stop.
BC Transit provides municipal bus transportation in several Cariboo Chilcotin communities, including Quesnel, Lillooet and Williams Lake.
