We specialize in ISPA (International Sail & Power Association) sailing instruction around Vancouver Island. Whether you are intending to set out on a world voyage or charter a bareboat, our goal is to get you sailing with confidence & increase your skills to reach each ISPA level of sailing certification. We explore Desolation Sound, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast or the West Coast to increase your knowledge & understanding of sailing in tidal waters around Vancouver Island & have fun.

Committed to ethical & educational wildlife viewing, we are the first whale watching company established in BC, now in our 34th season. Based in Telegraph Cove, we offer tours through Johnstone Strait & Broughton Archipelago Area. Depending on the season, you may see Minke Whales, Harbour Porpoises, Dall's porpoise, Humpback Whales, Bears, Steller sea lions, various birds, Pacific white-sided dolphins, & our famous Orca (killer whales). Cruise in comfort in our 60 foot (17 metre) vessel MV Lukwa which has heated cabins & toilets, hydrophone (underwater microphone) so that you can hear the Orca vocalizations throughout the vessel.

Summer Rafting - Elaho River Expedition:

Over 18 kms of whitewater! The Elaho valley is an unspoiled wilderness with old growth forests, hanging glaciers, cascading waterfalls & two mighty class IV rivers to conquer!

Summer Rafting - Cheakamus River Adventure:

West Coast Canoe Tours:

Explore the rich marine ecosystem while experiencing Coast Salish culture while you enjoy a guided interpretive paddle in one of our traditional 31 foot Coast Salish Ocean going canoes. Gently paddle the protected waters of Burrard Inlet & the beautiful pristine Indian Arm. Trained First Nations Guides share first nation's culture, sing traditional songs & tell legends & the history of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation.

Rainforest Ground Tour:

Explore the ancestral trails of Whey-Ah-Whichen (Cates Park). Learn about the traditional uses of the local flora and fauna, harvesting methods, traditional medicines & how to identify different plant species.
