The Gitano singer from the Lavapiés district of Madrid, Spain is one of the great interpreters of classical flamenco song as well as an innovator and bridge-builder to other traditions. The BBC calls him "flamenco royalty," and his richly emotive voice has captured the hearts of millions around the world.

For the 3rd year in a row, Ghazal/Tabla wizard Cassius Khan, is delighted to present and promote classical Indian music and dance, through the Mushtari Begum Festival (MBF). 2014 Artists: Carnatic vocal by Kirthana Iyer with musical accompaniment by Mukund Shankar Krishnan and Abhishek Iyer. Sarangi recital by Dr. Deepak Paramashivan.
