Khatsahlano! Music + Art Festival is Vancouver's biggest FREE outdoor music event!

2013's festival will feature ten stages showcasing more than 40 of Vancouver's top musical performers - a veritable who's who of hot indie acts - plus eclectic pods of distinctive local artisans, street performers and a host of other festivities.

Local merchants turn Kitsilano's legendary West 4th Avenue into a gigantic, 10-block street fair with a wide variety of food options, bustling patios, giveaways and special activities. Stroll from Burrard to MacDonald and you will be captivated by the electric energy of the festival, the friendly Kits atmosphere and cool entertainment.

A tightly woven, full production spectacle of music and movement, Pacific Tattoo2013 features marching bands, drill teams, massed pipes and drums, singers, dancers, and special skills demonstrations to honour police and fire fighting services. The Pacific Tattoo is the only annual international military tattoo on the west coast of North America.

Bands slated to play over the course of 2 days are Weezer, Sam Roberts Band, City & Colour, Matthew Good, The Sheepdogs, 54-40, Mother Mother, Awolnation Jimmy Eat World, Vince Vaccaro & more. Tickets go on sale March 22, 2013.

The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra performs its annual free outdoor concert showcasing the beauty of Burnaby's Deer Lake Park. The crowd will be pleased with the program of light classics and popular favourites. Come early, bring a blanket and a picnic basket, and settle in for a wonderful evening with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. Kumsheen invites you to an evening of music every Saturday from mid-July to the end of August for the 3rd Annual Summer Music Series. Various musical styles such as country, folk, roots, rock and jazz will be featured this season. Past performers include Danielle Savage, Linda McRae, Steph Macpherson and Allen & Alexander, Paul Filek, Ryan McAllister and Colin Bullock.

Shows are from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm by the poolside Gazebo. Dinner show packages available.
