It has all the well-loved characters, including Ebenezer Scrooge, The Ghost of Jacob Marley and the Cratchitt family, except that Tiny Tim is now a teenager with a bit of attitude. This show is a treat for the whole family.

Hosted by Sarah Hagen, the innovative and exciting young Vancouver pianist, this wonderful performance also features Dutch soprano Anne Grim, who has gained an internationally recognized reputation as a master in the performance of early music and the baroque repertoire. Anne has appeared in many orchestras and concert halls across Europe, and now teaches music at the University of Victoria, British Columbia.

The Vancouver Brass Quintet boasts past players from the renowned groups I Tromboni and the Dallas Brass, as well as from the Vancouver Trumpet Consort and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. They are dynamic and very busy- so enjoy this group when you can!

Carousel Theatre for Young People presents the uplifting musical adaptation of a classic Roald Dahl tale - James and the Giant Peach, at Granville Island's Waterfront Theatre. Enchanting lyrics from Tony-nominated songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul animate the story of young James Trotter who discovers a magical giant peach inhabited by fantastical creatures. From Director Carole Higgins with choreography by Kayla Dunbar, this heartwarming musical will be brought to life by a cast of local luminaries, including Patti Allan, Scott Bellis, Kaylee Harwood, Jonathan Winsby and Deb Williams.
