The Arts Club is excited to unveil our new 2013 wine and food fundraiser, the ChefmeetsBCGrape series, celebrating the finest offerings of wine and food from across our province. We have teamed up with the Wines of British Columbia to co-produce the series, with all proceeds going directly to Arts Club productions, youth education, and community outreach programs.

More than 90 BC wineries will be pouring over 350 award-winning Wines of British Columbia. Select restaurants will pair sweet and savoury dishes with BC VQA wines showing off the best of our region and representing dining hot spots from throughout BC!

Tofino Food & Wine Festival celebrates the marriage of food & wine in the beautiful Tofino Botanical Gardens.

The festival is both a destination weekend for out of town guests & a favourite for locals. This is because of the unique setting, as well as the excellent quality of food & wine provided by local chefs & winemakers.

The main event, Grazing in the Gardens, showcases local culinary talents & British Columbia wines.

It is truly a memorable weekend & a wonderful way to experience the west coast.

The festival events support several non-profit organizations & initiatives.

On the 3rd weekend of June the town of Comox hosts a 2-day event that brings people from near and far to meet farmers, sample a delectable array of food from the sea, learn the tips of the pros during our day-long cooking demos, listen to some local live music and enjoy the view of the Comox Glacier.

June 14 Chef's Dinner will be held at the Filberg Heritage Lodge & Park. Tickets go on sale April 1, 2013. For more information on guests chefs and times check website for updates.

Come to Agassiz (6 km from Harrison Hot Springs) on Saturday, July 21st to participate in a self-guided bicycle ride following the popular Circle Farm Tour. Embark on a leisurely cycle & learn more about local food production. We have a new start location for this year's event at the corner of Cameron and McCallum Rd (on the way to the Agassiz Speedway), check map on website. There are ten stops on the route through the tranquil rural area of Agassiz-Harrison Mills & you can take the tour as fast or as slow as you would like.

Our festival brings community together for a great time while raising awareness & funds for Rotary community service projects that improve quality of life for people here at home & around the world. Over 30 local artists, Samplings of wines from Vancouver Island & BC wineries, Art Demos, Music by Island Big Band & other local muscians.

Colwood Rotary's Art & Wine Festival brings BC & island wineries & local artists together at a picturesque oceanside setting. A ticket gains entrance to Fort Rodd Hill, a keep-sake glass, five samples of wine, appetizing bites from WestShore's top chefs & the opportunity to view the works of local artists while enjoying local musicians. Proceeds from this event go towards Rotary projects.

Best of the West is an event where West Vancouver will be celebrating BC's best (timely with BC day). There will be 13 participating wineries and 13 participating restaurants. The restaurant will be in charge of creating a dish to go with the wine given by the winery. There will also be a competition that night. The guests will be asked to choose the best food and wine pairing of the evening. There will be a draw from the people who entered their vote. The winning person will receive a gift certificate from the winning restaurant for $100.
