As part of our annual Christmas Light Up, the new "Tour of Lights" is a specular snowshoe tour through the forest to view wonderful light displays. Wander 2 kilometers along Crack of dawn, Bob cat and Bridle path by candlelight during or directly after the magical Light Up fireworks display.

This is a self-guided tour, fun for the whole family. Trail of Lights open from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm.

Mark your calendar! The first Sunday in December is the official date of the 11th annual Rogers Santa Claus Parade.

PARADE ROUTE:

At 1:00 pm, the parade will begin at West Georgia Street and Broughton, travel east along West Georgia, turn south on Howe and finish at Howe and Davie.

This year's Rogers Santa Claus Parade will feature marching bands, dance troupes, festive floats and community groups, which entertain over 300,000 spectators. Produced by Rogers Communications Inc., the televised Parade is one of the Lower Mainland's biggest winter event!

Rather than carolling door to door, bring your family, friends and pooch and gather under the Centennial Carillon. Provincial Carillonneur Rosemary Laing will climb up the seventy-five stairs to the top of carillon where she commands the sixty-two bells, and down below the crowd led by the Newcombe Singers sing along. Hot chocolate and cookies help to make the season bright and at the end of the forty-five minute set, the Carillion is lit for the holidays. A truly unique event. Time: 4:30 - 5:15 PM
