We're closing down Bernard Avenue in downtown Kelowna for the biggest Block Party in the Okanagan! This free community event will fuse culture, art, fashion, food, shopping and entertainment together, attracting thousands to experience the heart of Kelowna. We'll have vendors lining the streets with great deals, yummy treats, children's activities, dancing, music and lots more! Everyone is invited to sing, move and groove with live entertainment on street stages and fun outdoor activities for the whole family.

Stroll among the tents where armourers, weavers, carpenters, pewterers & calligraphers work with the tools & techniques of the era. The Pacific Association for Recreating the Middle Ages actors & members take proud in displaying their medieval dresses & attires. Let them show you their tools & creative masterpiece. Be inspired by their stories & join the entertainment.

The Delta Community Animal Shelter is holding its annual animal expo; a fun, free community event that promotes animal safety and awareness of the shelter and animal care services available to pet owners. Multiple rescue groups with a variety of small animals will be out to educate the public about their organizations and the services they provide. The event will also feature a stage that will showcase dog trainers, dog bite prevention education for children, wildlife management and fun activities.

Anime Revolution is an annual Anime Convention held in the Conventional Centre. Aiming to spread the love and appreciation for Anime and Japanese Culture, we celebrate the culture of Japan and partake in cultural exchange over 3 fun filled days of activities, exhibits, panels and performances. These include art, animation, comics, costuming, cultural displays, dance, gaming, musical performances and much more.

There are Kids games, a treasure hunt, & money in a sand pile game. Watch the Tractor pulls and Horse pulls. Catch the light horse, cattle, sheep, and pet shows too. Cheer on the contestants at the Talent Contest and the "So You Think You Can Dance Fort St John" style competition. Come to the Dance on Friday and/or Saturday evening and kick up your heels to the country tunes performed by the talented Jack Jackson.

Located just 21 km north of Fort St John on Rose Prairie Rd. Family camping is also available, so plan on staying for the weekend!
