The 101st anniversary of the Aldergrove Fair, the oldest continuing running fair in the Fraser Valley (1912-2013). It starts Friday with Classic Car Show'n Shine food, music and more. Saturday & Sunday have fun for the entire family with entertainment, rides food, and great things to see and buy throughout each day.. Mainstage entertainment events include the annual Canadian Fast Draw Championship, kids rides, 4H animals, agricultural & historical displays/presentations, artisans, weavers/spinners/woodturners, dancing dogs, alpacas, pony rides, vendors & lots of food. Free pancake breakfast Sunday morning.

This year we have invited the Blues Brothers Too! tribute act & they will keep us entertained all throughout the day on Saturday. It is our 30th Annual Skwlax International Pow Wow. Pow Wows are not just fun events, but also sacred events. Aboriginal food, arts and crafts booths, Princess Pageant. The Squilax Pow Wow is held the 3rd week in July and is one of the highlights of the summer. It celebrates the First Nations traditions of 3 local bands. An array of dances, including the jingle dress dance and the grass dance are performed.
