This three day event honours the prime industries of Northern Vancouver Island: Forestry and Fishing and our Festival. The Logger Sports event depicts the past and present logging practices through entertaining competitions between loggers. The Campbell River Salmon Festival is the largest of its kind in Canada for prize purses and number of events.
In keeping with our name, we will be presenting the 8th annual Seafood Cook-Off. Friday will be the Oyster cooking Contest and Saturday and Sunday will be various seafood competitions and demonstrations.
