"Brits on the Beach" is the Central Island Branch's greatest car show of the year. In 2012 we had over 200 British cars participating from all over BC & beyond. Participants bring their cars from the North Island, South Island, all over the mainland, Washington State & sometimes even farther to Transfer Beach in Ladysmith, BC.

Because of the popularity of the event in 2010, Deuce Days became a three-day event. For 2013 there are once again, Friday activities, a Gala Banquet & of course, the main attracton on Sunday at the Inner Harbour. Do not miss the spectacle of hundreds of mint condition deuces, featuring models up to 1951, lined up in front of The Fairmont Empress & Parliament Buildings. Annual Lakeside Event promises to be yet another exciting edition of Canada's longest running light aviation meet. This fly-in is great fun for spectators and pilots alike. Hang gliders and Paragliders take off from Mt. Swansea and descend to targets on the beach and in the water beside the Lakeside Pub on beautiful Lake Windermere. There is also an aerobatic contest for Paraglider pilots above Lake Windermere.
