Entertainment, cranberry product tastings and tour of the Cranberry bog await you at Cranberry day, our final event of the season.

Enjoy a pancake breakfast or try your hand at booming cranberries in our free standing, water-filled cranberry bog exhibit, make sure you bring your gumboots! There will also be hay wagon tours around our cranberry bogs for you to learn all about the growing and harvesting of cranberries. Our staff will be baking up some delicious goodies for tasting. Fun stuff for kids, contest, crafting, face painting. And of course lots and lots of cranberries for sale in bulk or in bags.

The Annual Fort Langley Cranberry Festival takes place in the Village of Fort Langley. It's free, and draws about 50,000 visitors to the charming area of Fort Langley every year. The Cranberry Festival features sales of all kinds of tasty cranberry items (from popcorn to jam to candles), activities for families and kids, contests, live music and entertainment, and even a canoe regatta! The event also features an annual pancake breakfast.

Join proprietors JAK & Janice Meyer of McLean Creek Road Vineyard, for a morning hike up Peach Cliff Bluff & take in the beautiful views of Okanagan Falls, Skaha Lake & Vaseux Lake.

Following the hike, we'll relax amidst the vineyard, while sipping on a Sangria or one of our award-winning wines; and savouring a delicious homemade brunch.

This is an intermediate to difficult hike & we recommend that you bring appropriate clothing, footwear, water and snacks as these will not be provided. Our adventure will begin at 8:30 am sharp. Please meet at the top of 6th Avenue in Okanagan Falls. Duration of the hike is approximately 1 hour to an hour & a half. Tickets are $30 + GST per person.

Art and science collide in QUANTUM, an exciting new work by Swiss choreographer Gilles Jobin inspired by his residency at the largest particle physics laboratory in the world - CERN in Geneva. Six outstanding dancers power through intricate, densely textured choreography to explore the subtle balances of the forces that shape our world: matter, gravity, time and space. The work is illuminated by acclaimed German artist Julius von Bismarck's kinetic installation of suspended industrial lamps which are activated by the movement of the dancers, and American composer Carla Scaletti's electronic score incorporates data from the Large Hadron Collider. QUANTUM epitomizes the adventurous, searching spirit of both artistic and scientific inquiry.
