The Vancouver Fringe is a celebration of theatre! Nearly 90 theatre companies share their creativity on stage - expect everything from traditional theatre to puppetry, storytelling, musicals, to the avant grade, and everything in between. The Fringe revels in its identity as part theatre, part party. Every night of the Festival, Fringe artists, audiences, volunteers and everyone involved, are welcomed to take in live music and share their experiences at the St. Ambroise Fringe Bar. With nearly 600 volunteers supporting 700 performances in 11 days, the Fringe is a cultural experience unlike any other - bustling with the energy of an unwieldy stable of untamed creative beasts.

Starting Friday evening, there will be a cruise through town at 6:00 pm, followed by a Charity Casino Night with lots of good prizes. This event is for fun, mingling and charity.

On Saturday morning, the Show & Shine Car Show takes place on beautiful Baker Street. During the show, there will be poker walks and entertainment. Trophy presentations will start at 3:30 pm, followed by a poker run.

To end things off, starting at 7:00 pm, there will be the fabulous and fun rooftop dance on top of the parkade, with music performed by a couple of great bands so get ready to dance your socks off or just sit back and enjoy the tunes.
