Ruby Slippers Theatre presents the touching and captivating double bill: Aprés Moi and The List. These English translations of two French Canadian plays will take the audience on a very human journey through love, loss, compassion and memory and remind us that by letting other people in, if only briefly, our life's trajectory can be profoundly altered. Aprés Moim, the English language premiere production, is directed by Diane Brown and stars Vancouver theatre veterans Scott Bellis, David Bloom, Jennifer Lines, Chirag Naik and Dawn Petten. The List is directed by Jack Paterson and stars France Perras.

In 1957/58 wildlife artist Robert Bateman and his friend Bristol Foster, director of the British Columbia Provincial Museum (1970 -74) took a round the world journey in a Land Rover. Both documented the trip and captured a world that no longer exists. Join the two friends as they revisit their journey, what it meant to them at the time and how it resonates with them today. Presented in partnership with The Robert Bateman Centre Event includes access to the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibit, as well as a cocktail reception following the talk. Starts at 7:00 PM Cost: $50 general public, $45 for members
