While one of very few still remaining not only in British Columbia, but in Canada, the Park Drive-In Theatre in Prince George is a historical masterpiece. These old drive-in theatres have long begun to be extinguished across Canada, but Prince George has been one of the few fortunate ones which are still around and in full operation. Viewers watch the movies on a massive 3200 square foot screen while you relax in the comfort of your own vehicle. While watching recently released movies on this giant screen I was able to have a huge selection of food, drinks, snacks and food from the grill in their concession. Definitely some great burgers and poutine! And of course you can’t go to the movies without your large bag of popcorn either! Earlier in the day I was able to play a round of 18-hole mini-golf and take a thrill ride through the go-cart track. I had endless fun and excitement here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great afternoon or night out at the movies!
