While driving home along the TransCanada a couple of months ago, my wife and I were diverted off the highway just west of Golden by a sign that said "Wolves - Next Right".  So we made a spontaneous right turn, followed the signs, and ended up at an interpretive centre about wolves.  The interpretive program they offered was very interesting, but even more interesting was the fact that they exercised the wolves and could take people on a walk with them.  Usually you need a reservation but we got lucky.  What an amazing and unique opportunity to  photograph them and just be with them in the field.  We thoroughly enjoyed both activities, and recommend anyone to follow the same spontaneous right turn.
