I got a little adventurous at the suggestion of a local.  I travelled to Sun Peaks Resort near Kamloops and gave downhill mountain biking a try.  The adrenaline was pumping, the view was spectacular and it was a GREAT time!

Some tourists recommended I check out Wells Gray Provincial Park.  It's a massive park but it's been dubbed Waterfall Park so I wanted to find out why!  I marvelled at the width and beauty of Dawson Falls.  I passed up the parking lot view and hiked 1 hr in on the Rim Trail to get a better look at Helmcken Falls.  I was in awe of the size of the canyon and beauty of the entire park.

A local from Kamloops recommended I get intimate with nature on a River Safari.  I headed north for 3 hours until I reached Blue River.  The hour-long safari was great!  I took in the beautiful scenery when I wasn't watching black bears in their natural habitat.
