Up at Fernie Alpine Resort, I finished a
day of great tree-skiing and then headed into the village for some apres ski
at the Griz Bar. There I ran into a local who tells me about the
Griz Legend that explains why Fernie gets its special brand of powder

I should also mention that the apres is so good up there I ended up passing out in a slopeside igloo at the end of the night!
