Our award-winning hotel features a total of 190 deluxe guest rooms, including 22 suites. Lily & Ken's bi-level, A/C home is nestled in a quiet treed neighbourhood with spacious parking located in West Kelowna with easy access to Hwy 97. Private entrance, hot tub, WiFi, laundry, fridge, TVs, lounge area & water fountain area are some features provided at the Pad. Our homey atmosphere, hearty breakfasts and interesting conversations will ensure that your stay with us will be comfortable and memorable.

We offer an array of services to our guests - bikes, kayaks, WiFi & of course, a full breakfast. The Manhattan Suite offers a king bed, fireplace, satellite TV & DVD player. Enjoy a bubble bath in the 5 piece ensuite or sit out on your private deck & watch for "Ogopogo." The Sunset Suite offers a king bed (which can be converted into 2 singles on request), bamboo sheets, satellite TV, deck & a private bath.
