The longest annual running paved hill climb event in North America; 3.5 km (2.2 mi) of paved public roadway, climbing approximately 244 m (800 ft), through 9 major corners. All classes from go-kart and 4x4 to Formula Ford, Formula Atlantic & even Indy cars.

If learning to fish is on your list of things to do with the kids, here's your chance! every Saturday & Sunday from May to June 16, visit Mission Creek or Shannon Lake Regional Parks & try your luck. The ponds will be stocked with trout, ready and waiting to be caught. Volunteers and staff will be on hand to help new fishers. This event is for children 15 and under, with a 1 fish per day limit. No fishing license is required for BC children 15 & under.
