This will be the 18th season for the Kelowna Farmers' & Crafters market. From humble beginnings, they have grown to become one of BC's largest farmers' markets. With ongoing concerns over our food sources, our environment, and with the awareness of the benefits of eating locally produced foods, we are seeing a growing attendance each year. More and more people are willing to support and encourage our local farmers and artisans by shopping at The Kelowna Farmers' & Crafters' Market. Our thanks to both vendors and visitors who are making this market Kelowna's most exciting ongoing community event.

Enjoy 18 trestles and two tunnels on this 80 km easy ride through one of the most scenic regions of BC - the historic Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Starting at Myra Canyon (Kelowna), the ride offers 5 rest stops with food, drinks & mechanical support. Finishing in Penticton, you will be greeted by live music, a BBQ & wine expo.

As the 2013 Dragon Boat Festival approaches, it gains momentum to be one of the best Dragon Boating experiences of the year. Families and individuals from all over come to Kelowna to watch or participate in this thrilling and cultural weekend.

Musical all-star Michael Burgess brings his music back to the winery on July 31st! Performing in CedarCreek's spectacular Vineyard Pavilion, the gates will open to ticket patrons at 6:30 pm with the concert beginning at 7:00 pm and playing until the sun sets. This is a charity event and proceeds will be donated to the Rotary Centre for the Arts.

Limited seating is available for pre-concert dinners at $60 per person (plus purchase of tickets). For tickets, contact our Events Coordinator at (250) 764-8866 ext 102

The Annual Okanagan Summer Wine Festival is an experience for all who love fabulous wine accompanied by great food & unique events. Formerly at Silver Star Resort, it is now held at various venues throughout the valley. In addition to wine seminars, art, music and culture, are highlights of this festival, along with outdoor summer recreation. Many activities such as wine tasting, dinners, wine and food pairing and entertainment occurs outdoors in the fresh air and under the warm Okanagan sun!

We're closing down Bernard Avenue in downtown Kelowna for the biggest Block Party in the Okanagan! This free community event will fuse culture, art, fashion, food, shopping and entertainment together, attracting thousands to experience the heart of Kelowna. We'll have vendors lining the streets with great deals, yummy treats, children's activities, dancing, music and lots more! Everyone is invited to sing, move and groove with live entertainment on street stages and fun outdoor activities for the whole family.

Nearly Neil & the Solitary Band, performing in CedarCreek's spectacular Vineyard Pavilion, will deliver a dynamic and passionate tribute to Neil Diamond on Sunday, August 11th. The gates will open to ticket patrons at 6:30 pm with the concert beginning at 7:00 pm and playing until the sun sets.

27th Annual Pushor Mitchell Apple Triathlon. Swim, bike and run through the city of Kelowna. Also categories for kids, youth and novice. Spectators welcome. Please see website for registration information.
