Cancellation Policy
Refunds & cancellations are limited to 24 hours prior to departure. Group bookings vary from this stated policy.
Group Policy
TAG requires a 50% deposit & credit card number to hold the booking. Remainder is invoiced on the day, 30-day terms.
Age Restrictions
Depending on the activity, there may be some age requirements. You must be 16 years of age to drive an ATV or snowmobile, with a valid driver's license. On some tours, there may also be a minimum age required.
Clothing Gear Required
For summer - remember that many of the tours go into the alpine which is much cooler than the village. Bring warm layers. For winter - wear warm layers & dress as if you were going skiing. You can always take layers off.
Height Restrictions
For our ATV & Snowmobile Tours, the minimum height requirement is typically 1.2 m (4 ft) tall. Treetop Adventure Course requires a minimum reach of 140 cm (4'7") for the kids course and 180 cm (5'11") for the full course. Other restrictions do apply, please call our reservation's desk for further requirements on all tours.
Mobility Restrictions
On most of our tours, you will need to have some level of mobility. However we can always work specially with guests with limited mobility to make something special happen!
Weight Restriction
On most tours there are no weight restrictions; however, on our Zipline Tour, you need to be between 27-113 kg (60-250 lbs). Rafting also carries some weight requirements.
