Cancellation Policy
Two hours notice must be given to cancel two & three hour tours & 24 hours notice for Marine Park Tours.
Group Policy
Group bookings must be made five days prior to secure group discounts. No changes 24 hrs prior to program.
Age Restrictions
Minimum age for kayaking tours 6 years unless on private tours.
Clothing Gear Required
Please try to wear synthetic clothing, bring water or it is sold at our check in counter, please wear footwear that can get wet; we lend it out if you do not have any.
Mobility Restrictions
Please ensure you have a healthy back, and have good mobility in shoulders and arms.
