Group Policy
Custom groups will require a 25% deposit at time of booking, based on the numbers reserved.
Age Restrictions
Children under the age of ten years old must be accompanied by an adult. Some programs may not be suitable for younger children. Please see our website or contact us at 604-535-7985 for further information.
Clothing Gear Required
Please prepare for all conditions. Light layer clothing is best. When possible, avoid cotton clothing which cools the body down when wet and decreases comfort on the water.
Height Restrictions
Please inform our staff if your height may be of concern. Not all kayaks fit the same & the more information we have, the great the chance of making your time more enjoyable.
Mobility Restrictions
Access to some locations is limited. If you have mobility issues please inform us in advance. This will ensure we can do our best to consider your specific needs.
Weight Restriction
All kayaks have weight & size restrictions. Please inform us if your weight may be a concern. This will ensure greater accommodation at the time of the event.
