Visit our 1870's 'Creighton House' museum where artifacts & collections from Yale's historic past are on display. Tour St. John the Divine Church (1863) & then step back in time to the Living History 'tent city' & learn what life was like in the early days of the 1858 gold rush. Try your hand at gold panning, take a historic walking tour or just relax & absorb the history in our beautiful setting surrounded by mountains and the Fraser River. Relax and enjoy lunch in the gardens of the Ward Tea House. There are also several picnic areas & historic trails within the town. The Yale Pioneer Cemetery is open to the public for self guided walks.
