Tour tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact Forbidden Vancouver at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time, to change your booking to a different tour date.
Age Restrictions
Forbidden Vancouver walking tours are designed for adults and contain content that may not be appropriate for children. We do not recommend Forbidden Vancouver for under 16's.
Clothing Gear Required
We strongly recommend every guest brings a jacket and umbrella and wears sturdy comfortable footwear. In the spring and fall we recommend a hat, gloves and scarf. In the summer we recommend each guest brings water and sunscreen.
Height Restrictions
None.
Mobility Restrictions
Wheelchair users can be easily accomodated. Otherwise, each guest must be comfortable being on their feet for at least 90 minutes and be able to walk at a moderate pace.
