1695 Whyte Ave, Vanier Park, Vancouver
British Columbia, V6J 3J9

Bard on the Beach offers four plays in two theatre tents. On the BMO Mainstage, a re-staging of the Jessie award-winning production of The Merry Wives of Windsor, back by popular demand after a sold-out 2012 run and directed again by Johnna Wright.

This high-spirited comedy will alternate with a powerful and sensuous new production of Romeo and Juliet, directed by Kim Collier. In the intimate Douglas Campbell tent, veteran Bard actor Bob Frazer will direct a provocative new staging of Othello set during the American Civil War, alternating with a new production of Pericles, set in an ancient, mythical pagan kingdom and directed by Lois Anderson.
