The Fort St. John North Peace Museum tells the story of the North Peace region from First Nations' settlements and the fur trade to the oil and gas industries of today.

Explore our tepee, trapper's cabins, fur trade artifacts, blacksmith's shop, 1921 school room, 1930s dentist office, missionary chapel, 1930 Outpost Hospital room, post office, general store, British Columbia Police Barracks, furnished rooms of a pioneer home and more!

Touch dinosaur footprints and fossils, learn how beaver felt hats were made, and sort mail in our post office. Please call ahead for guided or group tours or for more information.
