Faces just seem to light up once the Britannia Mine Museum's underground train pulls out. Our underground guided tour introduces you to the joys, noise and stories of BC mining history and pioneers.

Go ahead and explore. Within the modern Visitor Centre, you'll uncover one feature after another that includes a film, interactive exhibits and panning for real gold to take home.

To reach the highly acclaimed Britannia Mine Museum, head north on the Sea to Sky Highway (approximately 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver).

Mobility Restrictions
The underground tour is not wheelchair accessible; however, the majority of the attraction - the theatre, exhibits and gold panning pavilion - are wheelchair accessible.
