24 guests are taken by snowcat to Selkirk Wilderness Skiing's beautiful lodge situated 762 m (2500 ft) above the valley floor, a spacious mountain hideaway offering panoramic views of the Selkirk & Purcell Mountains & all the luxuries of home. They will be transported in comfort to the surrounding peaks to sample spectacular open bowls, delightful glades or challenging chutes. The network of snowcat roads provides skiing and riding within an area of 40 sq km (25 sq mi) with runs up to 1219 vertical kms (4000 ft) & the short ride between runs is just enough time to relax & warm fingers & toes.

Drive to Meadow Creek 1.5 hrs north of Nelson on Hwy 3A & 31. From Spokane WA, on Hwy 2 & 211.

Cancellation Policy
A $1000 deposit is required. Final payment is due 16 wks prior to your holiday. Payments are non-refundable.
Group Policy
Selkirk Wilderness Skiing offers 1 free space to the person who organizes a group of 12 or 13 skiers.
Age Restrictions
Our guests must be 15 years of age or older. All guests between the ages of 15 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Clothing Gear Required
Recommend water resistant, windproof, breathable ski suit that has room for layers. Small pack is a good idea for goggles, extra gloves, camera, etc. Can be left in the cat while skiing. We strongly advise carrying your boots as hand luggage when travelling. Rental boots are not available at the lodge. Ski wear and accessories, casual wear, and more can be purchased in our lodge retail shop.
Mobility Restrictions
Proficiency in deep snow is not necessary for this holiday and we welcome inexperienced powder skiers and riders. First time guests should be in good physical condition and be strong downhill skiers and snowboarders, comfortable with skiing and riding most black diamond runs at a major lift serviced area. Our guides make every effort to choose runs that will suit you.
