All services paid in full at time of booking. No refunds, unless weather related. Changes OK in same year.
Group Policy
Groups of 12 or more must reserve with the Group Coordinator at 1-888-285-PARK (7275). Discounts available.
Age Restrictions
"90 min Family Cavern Tour": minimum age 5. <p> "Rock & Rappel": minimum age 7. <p> "3 hr. Wet & Wild or Ice Age Adventure": minimum age 8. <p> 4 hr. "High Adventure": minimum age 13. 5 hr. "Underground Extreme Rappel": minimum age 15
Clothing Gear Required
All cave tour participants must have sturdy footwear (ie. hikers, boots or running shoes). Dress in long clothing, not cotton. Temp inside caves is 8 Celsius (47 F). For the "3 hr Wet & Wild", you should bring a complete change of clothes. For longer tours, double your layers top and bottom.
Mobility Restrictions
The caves & trails are not wheelchair accessible. There is a 20 min (1 km) moderately-strenuous uphill hike to the cave entrance. The cave interior is left natural with many rocks & boulders to navigate. Stepping up or down to approximately 1 metre in height is required at times during the tour.
